Police in Tavares, Fla., arrested a 22-year-old woman Monday after two naked boys were found playing near a road, according to a police news release.
Officers responded to a call of unattended young children Monday and spotted the boys dirty and naked near 1125 Duncan Drive in Tavares.
Detectives said Rachel Lemley came outside after the kids were discovered and said the children must have left the house on their own while she was asleep. She said the doors to her mobile home were locked.
When officers went into Lemley's mobile home, they found dirty diapers, dishes and garbage on the floor.
The children also had a yellow substance on their skin, insect bites on their legs and feces in their hair, according to a Local 6 News report.
Lemley was booked into the Lake County Jail on charges of child neglect.
The children were put into Department of Children and Families custody.

Probably sleeping it off.
I hope they had enough to eat because she looks a little roly-poly to me.
Probably too busy eating to take care of the boys
"Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, ma'am."
I've had a dirty house at times but my young'uns never had poop in their hair. YUK!
I've even had my kids escape the house naked before, but this woman needs to be pilloried.
Where's the daddy?
I've had one that did that. His baby bed was next to ours, it was about 7:00 am, I opened my eyes and smelled something, it was...well, you know. He had taken his pamper off and there was 'mess' everywhere. The bars in his bed, his sheet, his bed toys and him, even his hair. It was everywhere. He was playing with it like it was play-dough. Ulk, what a way to start a morning.
Took me forever to clean and sterilize his bed.
Well I bet your glad he wasn't sleeping with you at the time. LOL Kids are nasty.
