OK. Find the picture you want to post on the web.
Right click and go to the "Properties" part of the menu.
Highlight the part that starts with http://
Copy and paste the address that starts with http:// = and close with the > and you should have the picture appear.
I think my joke slipped into the middle of your instructions.
