To: Safrguns
EA Games, under license from Firaxis. It's the predecessor to the Civilization series. It's been discontinued (I believe), but still available on EBay. Judging from the prices the Alien Crossfire Expansion fetches, it's still somewhat popular, and certainly about as popular as a 1999 release can be.

You may list it if you wish, but seeing that this is my first visit to your thread, I don't even know what that would accomplish.

Technically, Civ1 and Civ2 preceded Alpha Centauri, but who's counting? I couldn't get into AC. I tried, but something was just missing. I adore Civ2 and MOO2. Maybe I'm odd.
