Would "Brokeback Mountain" Be Embraced By Palestinians Depicted in "Paradise Now?"

The Golden Globes saw fit to honor "Paradise Now" last night as "Best Foreign Language Film." Among the night's other honorees were "Brokeback Mountain" and "TransAmerica", both with gay related themes.

I have a question: What do you think the protagonists in "Paradise Now" (a couple of Muslim suicide bombers) would have thought of "Brokeback Mountain" and "TransAmerica?" How do you think they would have felt about showing these films to Palestinian children? What do you think they would have done if a theater in their neighborhood dared show these films?

Does Hollywood really think that by making films that are sympathetic to terrorists and their allies, that they will change the fact that if these Islamic radicals were to somehow gain power over Hollywood that these film makers would be the first up against a wall? Hollywood, a land blissfully untouched by the ravages of reality.

The Golden Globe Awards are staged by the Hollywood Foreign Press. Is there any doubt that the members of the Foreign Press have the same agenda as the Hollywood elites? Geena Davis didn't win at the People's Choice Awards. She did win at the Golden Globes. Hollywood awards don't reflect what the people want, they only reflect what the elites think we should see.
