I saw a movie recently in which one of the main characters played a multimillionaire. Then I met a person who gave me two words of advice that turned my life around. 'Be present'." From that point on I focused more attentively to what was in front of me. I became more engaged and utilized my potential."

Find 15 minutes of solitude to meditate (even if it might mean sequestering yourself in the privacy of the bathroom).

After reading that, I looked at the top to verify it was written by a man. Every mom knows the minute you retire to the library the entire family, including the dog, needs you immediately.

David Allen's book "Ready for Anything" has helped me to be present. Good advice on how to write down, file away, schedule and keep track of your long term and short term obligations and get them off your mind, so you're more likely to see what's coming up in front of you right now.

What a load.

If you want to become a millionaire, then all you have to do is win the lottery. :-)
