Santa Monica police say there is no sign of foul play in the death of Actor Chris Penn. The actor and brother of Sean Penn was found dead in a Santa Monica residence.

Well, good you don't judge -- I don't, either -- as to the whys. I am always curious, however, as to the cause; it's a biological, physiological curiosity, not a fault finding interest.

Sorry to read about your husband and daughter, hope they are now better. Prednisone can be very harmful, although sometimes it's necessary for certain conditions. At least, necessary with some qualifications because I'm not sure the advantages are worth the detriments. I do know it causes weight gain and that swollen, very puffy facial problem that Lewis had.

Our daughter died on 1.15.04 due to complications of Crohn's Disease. I miss her all day and when I am awake at night. There is absolutely nothing that is worse than losing a child even though she was a young adult.

I thought he was a pretty good actor and I found him entertaining.
He did get large over the last ten years and I can't imagine the obesity was good.
I'm very sorry for his families loss.

I had the chance to hang out with Chris in Seoul in 2000. He had quite the love of alcohol and socializing, but was one of the funniest and fun guys you'd ever want to meet.

It's unfortunate he died so young.
