He had been under a "zero tolerance" policy at Virginia Tech following his suspension from the university for the 2004 season after several legal problems. ...so then he was catered to,propped up,and he failed to improve and NOW the university has problems...should have been dealt with back in "04"

Yes, I lost all respect for Beamer by his continued pampering and catering to this thug. But, in hindsight, it does seem that Va. Tech has been a dirty team for several years now.

Catered??? They kicked him off the team for a year. He only came back after jumping through a bunch of hoops that Beamer put up. No one thought he would come back because of the conditions. But he did so Beamer kept his promise.
