The Dixie Chicks are raising a rukus again. This time they are using Lubbock's name.
The Chicks new album contains a song called 'Lubbock or Lave It.' It criticizes local radio stations who boycotted their music after the trio made anti-Bush remarks at a concert three years ago.
Another song called 'Not Ready to Make Nice' is about the backlash they recieved from the Bush comments.
The album is due out in April.

It will sell all of about 6 copies.
This album will go aluminum.
I think they still don't realize how much they've hurt themselves. Perhaps when this album doesn't sell they'll get the message.
They are making music still?! (if it could have been called music.)
They could get big again if they fire the fat one.
Just come out and say, "we were tired of her flapping her fat stupid mouth."
All would be forgiven.
I think the problem is that they're not getting their message out. They must shriek louder. But they're right about one thing, Lubbock sucks.
That is not bad, amigo. LOL.
If they have a PR consultant that person really sucks.
Cunning runts pulling more stunts when we all wish they'd just punt !
What a bunch of idiots. They attack Bush and our troops...yet try to make money in the country music industry. Country music is God and country all the way.
Uh, sorry you bag of fools....you should try the rap industry. But you're white trash, so I doubt they will even listen.
I hope you didn't watch that debacle in Kansas last night.
Our bumper stickers were "Ski Lubbock" with a huge sandpile in the background..... ;^)
These ignorant gals threw their lot in with the dip shit crowd and now are no longer relative to the music business.
Can you imagine being on top of the world and throwing it all away for a misguided fit of I'm right and your wrong.
Or the ever popular "The wind in Lubbock doesn't suck, but it sure blows"
It's a building year. ;^)
