Maybe the worst Super Bowl ever... Big ben had a QB rating of 22.6, the lowest of any winning Super Bowl QB ever. As for the zebras, they blew it big time too.

I feel bad for Steeler and Seahawk fans, because the entire game just sucked out loud.

I can hardly wait until next year when Brady and the Pats get back in there, and then we'll have real good Super Bowl.

And Waggoner is Karl Rove's cousin and hates spotted owls and latte.

NFL officials should get the MVP award.

They decided the result.

I dont care either way; but that is no touchdown.

Happy for the Steelers; just a shame the game outcome was influenced by incorrect officiating. I don't see how at this level of play an official crew could make that many bad calls in a game (it went both ways). Not sour grapes; if the teams swapped jereys the Pitt fans would be saying something as well. Honest Pitt fans are even talking about it being bad calls.

Officials are getting worse in all sports. One reason I think is because they do not feel to urgency to make a sharp call as they always have the second-guessing crew in a replay booth. The quality is going down because they don't have to be as good anymore. Get rid of instant replay, challenges, etc and it will get better.

"Seattle fans are really bad losers! Must be owned by a Democrat!"

I am not a Seattle fan, but if Seattle fans are upset they have a right to be. Even though Seattle out played Pittsburgh slightly, the officials gave Pittsburgh the win.

There were at least four really bad calls that came at critical times during the game. Each one crushed Seattle's momentum. I calculate that the real score should be about 21-17 Seattle. Doesn't really matter to me. I am a Saint Louis fan.

It's not quite that simple. An early touchdown either way changes the complexion of the game. It changes the gameplan for both teams. We'll never know how the outcome might have changed.

It did seem there was a bias. Close calls seemed to lean Pittsburgh - the Rothisberger TD, DJack's incidental contact called as Off. pass interference, and the holding call. Refs can legitimately call holding on every single play. It's highly subjective work.

That said, this is coming from a Hawks fan, so discount my opinion accordingly. And congratulations to the Steelers and their fans. They did win it, and I am happy for The Bus and for Cowher.

OOOOOOOOH....... conspiracies.

Jerramy Stevens got the case of the "alligator arms" because his brother is dating Bill Cowher's basketball playing daughter, Meagan.

Would the league rather see a weeks worth of congratulatory press about Jerome Bettis and his impending Hall of Fame nomination and the home home-town return theme? Or would they rather see Hasselback's bald head at Disneyland? Come on. If the Cowboys had been in this game, there is no way in hell that these calls get made (even though the Boys suck).

I'm so sorry. Would that be Rams and/or Cardinals?

The cash registers at all of the sporting goods stores across the nation. Steelers merchandise is like 2nd in the NFL in total sales.

You have got to be kidding me.

You honestly believe that the NFL engineered a conspiracy among all their officials, a conspiracy which would destroy the multi-billion-dollar league for all time if it were ever discovered, in order to sell a few thousand more Steelers jerseys?

Yikes!

"I guess you're thinking that losing 21-17 would have been better?"

lol... more fair would be Seattle 21 Pittsburgh 17. the officials totally gave Pit the win.

"The Seahawk receiver obtained an advantage by pushing off the Steeler defender. Penalty. You have to create your OWN separation, you cannot use a player to establish it. If he had NOT pushed off...he may not have gotten to that pass."

And you don't do it in the endzone right in front of the zebra.

OK, I see the light.

They risked destroying their multi-billion-dollar sporting monopoly for all time because Hasslebeck is bald.

You're not getting near moonbat level now, you're eating the green cheese.

LOL. You've cracked the case. It can now be revealed that the Steelers are a fix to win the NFL championship every year for the next decade.
