Saw the Larry the Cable Guy movie yesterday and liked it. One particular scene almost made me cry. So this morning I have been thinking of scenes which did make me cry...laughing. So, please help me out and share some scenes.

Get 'er done.

MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL: The knights attack a french castle only to be defeated by insults and catapulted farm animals.

BLAZING SADDLES: Cowboys sit arond the campfire eating beans. (I don't care who you are, that's funny.)

PORKY'S: Coach has sex with "Lassie" in the boys' locker room.

PORKY'S: Coaches sit in Principal's office as Buella Ballbreaker suggests a police line-up to find a mole on a boy's "tallywacker."

Funniest scene-

MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL: Arthur fights the black knight.

Dream Team - the mental patients are on the van heading for a day at a Yankees game. The driver is playing "Hit the Road Jack" on the radio.

When the song's lyrics start "now woman now woman don't you treat me so mean, you're the meanest woman I've ever seen," all of a sudden Peter Boyle, sitting alone in the back of the van, starts belting out the song, startling everyone else who were riding quietly along.

It's a "ya had to be there" moment.

Groucho: Not that I care, but where is your husband?
Lady: Why, he's dead.
Gr: I'll bet he's just using that as an excuse.
L: I was with him till the very end.
Gr: Huh. No wonder he passed away.
L: I held him in my arms and kissed him.
Gr: Oh, I see. Then it was murder. Will you marry me? Did he leave you any money? Answer the second question first.

Was that the one where mental patients became Ad execs?
A couple of the ads were hilarious.

No - this one had Michael Keaton, Peter Boyle, Christopher Lloyd and Steve Furley (I think that's his name). They were headed for a Yankee game, when the driver of their van had to pee and got mugged.

The movie is about the mental patients and their escapades afterward. It's a funny movie.

Not four. Nor shall ye count to five. But three shall be the count.

Pretty close. From the screenplay:

....and the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less.

Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shalt be three.

Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three.

Five is right out.

Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thou foe, who being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.

I'm not being pedantic, I just thought you might like to know.

Cheerio!

Wanda: To call you stupid would be an insult to stupid people. I've known sheep who could outwit you. I've worn dresses with higher IQs, but you think you're an intellectual, don't you, ape?

One of my all time faves. I've actually used most of that little diatribe on occasion.

This movie is all about lots of money and people's greed and desire to get the money makes them do foolish and stupid things! Great old cars, old footage of California, and great actors! I think Rat Race was a movie they tried to model Mad Mad World off but the quality of actors isn't the same as it used to be!

another favorite movie line comes from
"The Wedding Singer."

"Now take off my Van Halen t-shirt before you jinx the band and they break up."

It still gets played on TV, so I'll watch it next chance I get. I seem to remember it being very long.

To me the funniest one I've ever watched was the classroom scene in South Park Bigger Longer and Uncut where Cartman and Mr. Garrison ummmmm exchange pleasantries :)

That still floors me....
