Thanks Laz....I haven't been on this thread like I wanted to but will try to participate more. I am a personal trainer so I will help anyway I can.
Ok- I've been reading up on pilates- haven't kept up with the thread enough to know if this has been covered...but am thinking of investing ($25) in one of the pilate circles from Winsor Pilates.
Any of you have experience with this kind of toning/exercise?
I really eat well- but since (excuse me gents) menopause- pounds that used to drop like flies will not BUDGE.

This losing weight thing is just plain hard ... I'm glad your quest is going so well! I went on the South Beach Diet before Christmas and lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks; good progress for me. Kept it off over the holidays but it has crept back since then. Thanks for starting this thread! Maybe it will motivate me.
