He's talking about it now.
This is too weird.
Heartbreak is a strange thing, I guess.

I am listening to him now. Ramona Bell just passed away suddenly in January of this year. I don't think Art is thinking straight.

Good luck to him.
From what I've seen, young women who marry older men tend to do it either for the money or because of the money. Take the money away and suddenly they find other men to interest them.
But occassionally you see a couple with a significant age separation that appears honest and sincere. But in those cases, the women tend to be looking for the father figure, and the men tend to be young at heart and in mind.
(Sincere relationships are really easy to tell from insincere ones, unless you're the one who has been caught.)

I wonder why Filipino women are so open mined about American men? It's deeper than finances. Maybe Douglas MacArthur is still revered.

I just didn't understand what you meant.

I guess folks handle grief differently. What's Art Bell not in Pahrump? Hard to fathom.

I can't say how creepy that is. The dirt over his wife's grave hasn't settled yet and he's getting remarried? Maybe all the years of talking about shadow-people, little green men, and tinfoil conspiracies has finally gotten to him.
Or maybe he's serious. Who the hell knows.

No, he said he received an email from this young lady to his personal email. He thought it was directed by Ramona from the grave. They did a video conference and got married.

To: Dolphy
Well, Art will be a raving financial success overseas, then all the Clear Channel shows will move offshore...
I can see it now.
To: Perdogg
For all we know, Art may be an Alien. LOL. The last time I listened to Art was the first night he was back after his wife had died. I turn him on tonight (after seeing this thread) and he's playing goofy love songs from some other decade talking about a new wife. An alien he might be :)

I'm hearing what you're saying, and listening to Art... I'm seriously concerned about Art.
I'm a huge fan of his - but. Playing love songs to some young girl he's known a few months on national (coast to coast) radio and shocking his fans (who have been GRIEVING with him for Ramona) with the news that he has already married again?
I dunno. People do different things when in grief.

January 5, 2006 - Romona dies.
February 18, 2006 - Art says he misses human companionship.
Now he's married again and moving to Manilla?
