Thanks. Yes, I did happen to read that and thought you made an excellent observation.
The idea that she must have been painting her fingernails seems supported by the photo evidence (and presumably physical paint evidence) that she smeared her freshly-painted nails on the back porch railing when she fell down.
Also, the fact that she was photographed dancing without all of her nails, and that nails were found in the bathroom, supports the idea that she started putting on her fake nails when she got there but because she was late and people were pressuring her to get started stripping, didn't bother to finish.
What I'm a little mystified by, however, is that after ugly words were exchanged and Kim slapped one of the guys, the two strippers called off the show and sequestered themselves in the bathroom. The guys claim they are telling them to leave and slipping money under the door.
Now why on earth is the accuser painting her nails at this point in time? Is she retarded? She and Kim have called off the stripping and the guys tell them to leave.
I don't understand why she would be doing that, although it appears supported by evidence.

I worked very briefly at a carryout restaurant (with a couple tables) and we had the biggest problems with junkies coming in and doing drugs in the bathroom. Sometimes we had to break in and they were delerious. And, sometimes they'd be in there for an hour. But, the bathroom was the preferred place to snort or shoot up. Would it surprise anyone if these fine young women were doing drugs in that bathroom and at least one of them took too much after drinking earlier?
The DEFENSE is going to go Ballistic if the Medical Center did NOT do the Standard TOX tests to be performed on reported rape victims. They will parade witnesses for unending hours to document that that is the standard methodology.
