Even after the facts came out and all reasonable people understood what happened - didn't they then claim the DA was involved in the Rape when the charges were dropped.

During Rush's show on 1040 am, WHO out of DesMoines Iowa, the nwsbreak at the top of the hour mentioned that the defense attorneys are saying that they have proof in the form of receipts that one of the boys who was arrested wasn't even there.

Did anyone catch the 2nd Stripper's Lawyer's comments. Well, it seems her story changed from supporting the Defense's side of events to calling the Defense's version "out and out lies"
after getting her new attorney.
Her new attorney was making statements about the support for this accuser-stripper and he sounded like Al Sharpton. He spoke like it was settled that she was Gang-Raped.
I wonder if some serious self-promotion (in the black community) is going on here with her lawyer and he's just using her to advance himself. Of course, her story changing will just weaken the woman's claims.

If we are going to resort to stereotypes instead of facts then I say the woman is a 'ho, she has 2 kids, but doesn't know who their daddies are, she's on welfare, she speaks ebonics and she strips and ho's around to support her crack habit, while her mother cares for her children. She even has one of those swirly hairdos with that maroon cast to it. 2 inch long acrylic nails that are decorated with airbrushed nail art. Her fashion tastes run between animal print and neon, 4 sizes too small. Oh and I almost forgot, she has at least one gold tooth in front with her astrological sign embossed in it.
I lived in New York then and there was a lawyer I think his name was Alton Maddox. He and Sharpton were vicious. I believe he was disbarred.
Has Duke considered doing what Slick KKKlintler would do to move on past some sort of an ugly rape allegation, i.e. bomb some innocent Christian nation for eighty days and nights including Easter Sunday? Does Duke have any sort of an airforce?

Another point: The accuser contacted her former Lawyer after this case (he admitted they had had recent contact). Did he or his staff check into the Net-worth of these guys ID'd?

Also, I've heard rumors that the woman was recently in financial trouble. Let's not forget the reported $2000.00 that was initially said to have been "stolen" from her.
I don't even think she was supposed to be driving (License Suspension), yet there reports of her driving sometime before the event and the day after (according to her own father).
Is this the type of person we (ANYONE) should bank on to put young students away for 16 years? There is no witness. The only person able to back up her story, wishes she was more observant (she's brillant).

Before any details were out (or the DNA results were in), a black Duke Professor went on National TV and said that Rape is primarily perpetrated by White males and it always has been according to the 'distinguished' professor.
Notice how little press it has received that Daryl LittleJohn (NY Murder/mutilation) was linked (by DNA) to other rapes and crimes in NY. Why doesn't the media like that story?

Here's a challenge, find an article on this Duke case that doesn't identify the alleged perps as White or the alleged Victim as black. How you have a super-computer and a lot of time.
More observant, it's not like this happened in a mansion and she was whisked off to another wing. My gosh, my house is way bigger and I can hear all kinds of commotion going on in it with 3 tv's blaring in the backround, three kids, all of their friends and 2 dogs. 4 people, in what I would guess to be a small bathroom violently struggling and the other girl didn't hear anything or think anything was amiss?

The Search Warrant, which are exacting, reported they confiscated 5 (FIVE) fingernails.
The DA, when submitting another court document to a judge to get further approval to move forward, wrote that FOUR RED artificial nails were recovered consistent with the Accuser's account of events.
This makes me think that 4 were found with RED polish (which is her story), but one was found unpolished. This would support the defense's version that she was doing her nails. Doing nails doesn't comport with the DA's version at all. As it was very violent and ugly and she narrowly escaped with her life.

Yes, and the Defense was excited after they talked with the 2nd stripper and then I believe, one of the Race Baiters got a hold of this woman. One of the people that either lives off of the Race issue (or wants to like Jesse's entire family and Al Sharpton who's never had a job).

Is it any surprise Ted Williams can't logically process the facts in this case. He spoke for the black community of NY in the Daryl Littlejohn case. He thought it may be a huge coverup. He compared Littlejohn to the black guys arrested in Aruba.

Look at it this way, flip the races:
The central park jogger rape case was covered pretty heavily back in 2001 (not sure of exact dates) because they were trying to get some sentences of the males who confessed! to committing the crime overturned because of DNA. The raped jogger (who was pronounced DOA and then resucitated (sp?) at the hospital) didn't have the DNA of the perps on her, well, obiviously they are innocent.

The idea that she must have been painting her fingernails seems supported by the photo evidence (and presumably physical paint evidence) that she smeared her freshly-painted nails on the back porch railing when she fell down.
Also, the fact that she was photographed dancing without all of her nails, and that nails were found in the bathroom, supports the idea that she started putting on her fake nails when she got there but because she was late and people were pressuring her to get started stripping, didn't bother to finish.
What I'm a little mystified by, however, is that after ugly words were exchanged and Kim slapped one of the guys, the two strippers called off the show and sequestered themselves in the bathroom. The guys claim they are telling them to leave and slipping money under the door.
Now why on earth is the accuser painting her nails at this point in time? Is she retarded? She and Kim have called off the stripping and the guys tell them to leave.
I don't understand why she would be doing that, although it appears supported by evidence.
It is my understanding that the 2nd stripper was interviewed by the defense. I've assumed the record of that to be admissible evidence. Or did I assume too much?
