Where can I get a NASCAR rule book or are the rules sort of like the rules in WWE? I always thought it odd that so many fans speak of the rules but have never seen or read (if they actually can) a rule book.
What I understand is that all of the engines (motors, BTW are powered by electricity) have to have pushrod operated overhead valves. So, does the "Toyota" have to use an engine based on a Chevy smallblock like the Fords and Dodges?
I am only drawn to open class racing like Indy used to be but what we have in NE and NY in the form of super modified open wheel asphalt roadsters. (firebreathing alcohol fueled injected bigblocks with wings and gumball slicks)

I don't think any manufacturer has produced a vehicle with a carb for at least the last 10 years.
