I should add that I fear the show is dangerously close to "jumping the shark" with this evil President stuff. Shark jumping w/o consequence is what makes this show a hit! I'm not an expert, by any means. But, I have seen the shark jumped many times.

I don't know what kind of phone you have, but if you have a Motorola, you can get software from them ($30, I think) that will let you synch your phone with your computer. You will need a connector to the phone also (mine has a mini-USB cable, which I already had from my digital camera).
Once you get the Motorola software working, it's pretty easy to move your audio files between the two devices. The transfer is a piece of cake! This also means that you can record or capture virtually any WAV file and use it.

Good....cause it's a nasty habit. :) I don't know what I'm going to do when I start back teaching next fall and I won't be able to start my day with the toons.:( Last week was a pain having to wait until night time!

Haven't read the whole thread yet so don't know if this has been mentioned ... but talk show host Hugh Hewitt joked that Jack Bauer would be a great replacement for Scott McClellan as Bush's press secretary. My husband and I have cracked ourselves up over this about a dozen times since then. We picture Bauer with his face about half an inch away from the face of, say, David Gregory or Helen Thomas, and booming: YOU DON'T WANT TO ASK THAT QUESION! Or accosting a cameraman while screaming, HOLSTER YOUR CAMERA!

Ooops ... I meant Chloe, not Audrey. Audrey is okay ... but Chloe, she's my fave ... excepting maybe Jack! And am I the only one that wants to slap Jack's idiot daughter silly? What a little jerk. If if was my dad, I'd be crying tears of joy that he was okay. Selfish little twit. It's all about her! (uh oh ... I'm losing it!)

I have a real problem watching dramas/suspense shows or movies, knowing up front that the lead character will survice any and all dangerous activities... What keeps us coming back is the knowledge that for once, the good guy wins. Oh, that and the body count. And the interesting way people die. And Chloe's super-cool geek ways. And wondering just how long Audrey is gonna last. And hoping we NEVER have to see Martha and Logan kiss again (ooohh, yuck! spitoooey! that was just gross!) And...well, see, there's lots of reasons we watch. (Oh, and the drinking game!)
