Did you ever see the "Unwrapped" episode when it shows how deli meat is made? Ugh. (Jim Nantz is somewhat soothing.) I never connected the dots, believe it or not, re: deli meat and the fact that it isn't cut from the beast in nice symmetrical squares. I haven't ingested deli meats since that episode.

They do ship to Canada, but they don't encourage it because if customs holds up the shipment, the meat goes bad.

While I agree that it was the best steak ever I don't think "yanked" is the proper word. Yanked conjures up images of violent upheaval and clearly nothing violent ever happened to this perfect steak.
