Just read Bowden's book Guests of the Ayatollah. A page turner. So, I'm thinking a novel about terrorist scum but really interested in what Freepers are reading with pleasure. Hear that Victory at Tripoli might be a good read?

I know it has been out for a few years, but I did just buy the paperback: James Bradley's Flag of Our Fathers, as well as his Flyboys. Both excellent, excellent reads.

Love Nelson De Mille. The Gold Coast is one of my favorites. His latest Nightfall is gripping. He combines fiction with nonfiction and deals with Flight 800.

Moby Dick.
If you haven't read it recently, you haven't read it. So funny, insightful, witty, descriptive and amazing that it's just SICK!
