Good Morning Class. Welcome to School!
Here is my example with WFTD.
The liberals may feign ennui over the Middle East crisis, but here at home we have an internal debate that won't go away.
I have no idea what happened to the pronunciation guide in the post.
Today's WFTD is pronounced on'-yoo-ee.

Had to bury a cat last night. I told the crazy cat lady next door that if her cats came into my yard, this might happen. Dogs will be dogs.

When I use the word ennui in a sentence I usually pronounce it so it sounds like on - wee. (On rhymes with John, wee is pronounced like wee.)

We can all pray for Shrillery to come down with terminal ennui regarding running for The White House . . .
But it would take a 'parting-of-the-Red-Sea-level' miracle.
Perhaps we could pray that her chronic ennui toward heterosexual sex be broadly outted.
Some might consider her attitude toward patriotism regarding The Republic of her birth to be terminal ennui. But that would be a gross distortion. On that score, she has terminal treasonous revulsion.
Actually, another area of Shrillery ennui would be regarding children and the little people. She really can't be bothered unless she can con votes out of lying about such.

ennui That's French!
I've been trying to learn a few handy phrases for my business trip to Quebec next month. Rick Steves has put out an interesting little guide with "help for women" in the back.
I have learned to say, "Drop dead," "go away,"I am married," "I have a contagious illness" and "I am a lesbian."
(Kinda sucks all the fun out of travel, doesn't it.)

But reading I'll shirk,
For I had to work,
I'll try to make post 203.
