The only reason a Frenchman isn't winning this is that 'French' muslims burned their cars a while back - couldn't make it to practice.

Breaking News: Tour de Lance officials found an unidentified substance in Landis's room that could disqualify him for the championship. Upon further testing it was found to be a legal although seldom used product, soap.
