Well, I wouldn't rush to judgement on the UCI either. They absolutely have to clean up the sport, and they've been tossing out riders from every country on the globe, not just americans remember. The concern is that if they are too reckless, too cavalier about how they do it, then the anti-doping effort itself gets discredited, and cycling truly does become the joke sport all my unenlightened friends think it is.
