me either - I cna't believe he won. He is very odd...and not much of a singer.
With the possible exception of Kelly Clarkson, and much of her success may be due to production, there never has been anyone who was much of a singer on that show. Good grief, Fantasia Borrino (if that's how you spell it) might be the single most untalented "star" I've seen.
Hicks is good enough, and entertaining enough, and he won. The show isn't about singing, it is all about getting votes.
But, I'll agree that this smacks heavily of jealousy from Timberlake, who has been passed by and is yesterday's news.

Taylor Hicks can't sing, but he does act like he can!
