That would be interesting to see if there are unknown facts in there. That's why I'm wondering about the possibility of Karr being in contact with the perp. I wonder if any effort is being made to see who all he was corresponding with through the internet?

Many people - including multiple housekeepers, gardeners, caterers and a landscaper - had keys to the house.
I'd go back and re-reinvestigate meticously these people. If nothing comes out of it, I would then look at the murder as one with ritualistic overtones.
Another one of my theories is that this crime was done by an intimate, a person who knew the victim and had an emotional attachment to the victim. I believe the offender first attempted strangulation. The first method failed and the person resorted to the second method to kill JonBwenet. The offender was in my opinion connected to the victim in an emotional way.
Patsy Ramsey's mindset before and after the murder of JonBenet was heavily influenced by the charismatic theological subculture that she had embraced during her bout with cancer and that she saw JonBenet's death as a sacrifice for sins she had committed. She saw herself as having committed a grievous sin that required more than a prayer of forgiveness. By killing the child she may have believed that she was reedeming the child and taking the child from a world of darkness and sending her to a better place. This sacrifice would in her mind bring her redemption for her sin and rid herself of her guilt as it related to the child.
I don't believe John Ramsey was involved in a sexual relationship with JonBenet. But I also believe that he played a role in the coverup following the murder murder.
