Now she has an urgent need for a high-powered lawyer, but what she expected to need when she got down there was no more than a regular lawyer familiar with complex personal finances, to deal with the financial legalities of the new baby having come into the picture, setting up the baby with whatever citizenship and travel documentation is desired (quite possibly dual US/Bahamas citizenship, and maybe Bahamas residency for tax purposes), etc.
To: SJSAMPLE
Who cares, really. If he is, at least the baby will always have the daddy around. But I truly doubt it.

Wonder if she was the target or the baby's father saw her son as a threat to inheriting the millions she's about to receive from the estate of her late husband.

She had a friend become her personal lawyer. That was mistake one. Any good lawyer would have kept her off the TV and wouldn't have been part of her train-wreck TV show in the first place.
He's been out of his league for some time. He should stick to negotiating the return of her security deposits when she trashes and apartment ;)

Me, too -- in 1980. I was in the hospital for a full week.

I don't usually like to comment on these Hollywood scandal deals but I have to say, she adored her son and regardless of her how shall I say "Career" choices, she still lost her son and should be treated like a grieving mother.
God be with her and her family and god bless her son.

Dittos to that -
And the boob and bimbo jokes are so not funny. She has a dead child, folks.

I was expecting that the third person in the room would end up being some "friend" of Daniel's, and would turn out to be a bad guy.
At this point, I have to ask, do we know if there IS a bad guy (meaning someone who took deliberate action leading to Daniel's death). Because if all we have in the room are Anna, Daniel and Stern (who has always seemed to be in love with Anna and very kind to Daniel), I will be shocked to find one of them purposely harmed Daniel.

She has been warned about leaning over too far. It drains the ounce and a half of blood in her brain that keeps her functioning at a semi dull normal pace and flows into those huge silicon knockers and she passes out.
What a f**kin cow.

Ferguson, the assistant police commissioner, told the AP that no drug paraphernalia or traces of illegal drugs were found on Daniel Smith, in the hospital room or near the room.
The English teacher in me would note that there's a difference between "on" and "in."

You do know that Howard Stern the shock jock is not the same person as Howard Stern the attorney, yes?
So really there won't actually be any hooter jokes. Just thought we should clear that up.

I think in this context "on" is correct. But then, I'm just a wannabe novelist.
