He's always had this manner of speaking, but it seems MUCH worse. I hope it is nothing serious. It almost reminds me of Katherine Hepburn near the end of her acting career (On Golden Pond). I have heard him speak many times, and never thought it medical condition. Today I did.

the bigger story is that Kennedy said on Cavuto's show today that he is against voters having to show a picture ID to vote....
also, Cavuto said he was going to interview George Soros later in the week...
and tonight, Greta will be interviewing that female teacher down in Florida that molested her student...
I have no idea why Fox keeps pandering to these leftists and tabloid'ey child molester stories... they had Huffington, Boxer, and Clinton on last week also...
