Have you all seen the email that says the Senators have been accused of spousal abuse, DUIs, etc. etc. My liberal friend said "Notice how they're all REPUBLICANS." Does anybody have any interesting statistics on DEMOCRATIC Politicans??? They're the sleaziest group of all, and I'd love to rub it in her face.
You can always mention Patrick Kennedy and his uncle.

There are thousands of politicians, what is the time span?
Politicians are going to be a cross section of humanity just like anything else as far as bad behaviour.
If they are true, it could simply be a matter of cherry picking the bad ones and either side can do that, tit for tat.
I had the email a while back. It actually was bipartisan. I don't know if it was factual, but she is so blind she immediately assigned guilt to Republicans.

I saw a list in wake of Foleygate that tried to make out Repubs to be pervs, it was only "republicans" but it was laughable, in that "Joe H. Bupkis, Republican county clerk" (no place, date) "caught soliciting sex" ... etc. Stuff like that. No names and a few famous cases ...
WELL, it would be good to keep a compilation of the Dems in that category, just as a rebuttal.
In truth, both parties have rotten apples, especially if you reach down to the 'Jane Smith, republican activist' level ...
