The lines at my voting place were quite long this morning.
This is a solid republican area.

Our side has done a good job of seeding the clouds in several states, it appears.

It's raining here in the Raleigh/Durham area of NC.
Also rather chilly. My mother voted at 9:45 she said she was the 500th to do so. I haven't been yet, will do so when I take lunch to my husband who is the chief judge at our precinct.

Glad to see he finally got the dials working. For a minute, it looked like he was going to flood British Columbia.

I just voted in my area (Northern Michigan) and the poll worker there said that it had been steady to heavy turn out since they opened at 7:00 am.
I voted at 10:30 am and I was 245 out of 560 registered voters in my Township.
I was able to come home to recoup and vote!
Thank God.

No offense to Rove, but when I read "Rain Machine" I thought of that old Porky Pig cartoon when Porky buys rain pellets to seed the clouds. Then that chicken eats a few....
Sorry, childhood memory over now.

Hey guys! don't let the dems know about Rove's rain machine! Or the White House gas price controls, or the Economy lever or the levee opener-lever or the global-warming lever.

Remember, remember the Rove of November,
The MSM treason and plot
I see no reason why MSM treason
Should ever be forgot.
For MSM and Dems 'twas their vile intent,
To defeat Repubs and impeach a President.
By God's mercy 'tis they who will be defeated
With votes; and not voices heated.
T'won't be Reid for Frist
Nor Pelosi for Hastert
For Rove is the Magnificent Bastard
