Terrifically exciting and hopeful stuff. And for all of the scientific traditionalists out there it doesn't appear to violate any laws of thermodynamics. It doesn't create energy out of nothingness, it merely taps a heretofore unknown power source. I suspect Steorn Ltd.'s device does the same.

the deal gets so screwed up the investors go away and Mark is looking
for another investor.

He should have used a couple of the porcelain suface mount sockets and clear plexiglas .

This is exactly the sort of amazing discovery that will have the DUmmies twitterpated with amazed amazement and awe.
Plus then we can believe it, cause if it's on DU it must be true!
Just because the guy is a scam artist doesn't mean he hasn't discovered the secret to infinite energy :-)
What a load of crap. First of all this "scientist" sets his experiment up on cardboard boxes, and then gives it all away by saying the ac voltage put out by his snake oil maker acts like dc! No way physically impossible ac is ac and dc is dc. If he was interested in conducting a true controlled experiment he would have used lights on a board in a lab environment not big bulky lamps with plenty of room to hide whatever you want to hide.

He does just that in the 2nd video.....with 10 100watt bulbs lit simultaneously.
If he was interested in conducting a true controlled experiment he would have used lights on a board in a lab environment not big bulky lamps with plenty of room to hide whatever you want to hide.
Watch the 2nd video. He does just what you suggest.
Perhaps the unknown source might be the electromagnetic field created by ConEd.
This guy better watch out. "Big Ethanol" is going to kidnap him and bury his device.
He should join up with David Blaine. I saw him levitate once. Maybe Blaine could make all the water in Lake Superior levitate a mile high and have it run electrical turbines to run the whole country.
