-organic tastes worse in blind tests -organic chicken higher in fat -organic chicken lower Omega3s -organic chicken fewer anti-oxidants -organic chicken 3 times higher cost
do the math
No carcinogens from preservatives though. Or those ungoldy enzymes (which can be deadly if exposed to bare skin) they feed chickens that make them grow from orange and fuzzy to my dinner table within 40 days or so.
"Tastes like rubber chicken!"
I eat fish do get the Omega 3s, not chicken.
I've never noticed a difference in the taste, and Mr. elc never noticed I made the switch.
A bit higher in fat (because it doesn't say how much, and my boneless, skinless chicken breasts are pretty darn low in fat to begin with) is a good trade off for me not to have the growth hormone and antibiotic fed chicken.
Math works for me.
Whole Foods 1 year chart
Whole Foods is on the forefront of wacko environmental/animal rights food marketing.
It doesn't look it is working very well does it?
organic poultry is actually less nutritious, contains more fat and tastes worse than its mass-produced equivalent:') the buy organic label sounds like another bucket of cluck.
Yes, but you won't look like a troll, like the guy did who ate a lot of chicken necks and got an overdose of growth hormone.
