RosCosmos reports: "National decision about Moon and other planets exploration is still not made. However, experts try to determine development strategy of national cosmonautics."
At the same time, according to RosCosmos press release, technological ideas, which are far from confirmed technical decisions and technologies, are being set up for government's course in national policy of space exploration.
