Prayers needed here

I will be under the knife on Monday for cervical cancer. The whole baby-making machine is gonna be taken out and dumped. Good thing I don't need it anymore!
Although doc says they got all the "cancer spot" with the biopsy they did in December, they still are doing a histerectomy to play it safe. I couldn't agree more with the decision. At 54 a womb is only a liability!
Aside from my, family, friends and Rabbi's prayers, yours would certainly be appreciated! Thanks, fellow FReepers!

Well, the surgery went as planned. They got out what they were after and up to now I am waiting to hear about follow up treatment, which leads me to think I just ain't kicking the bucket any time soon (you would think they would prescribe radiation or chemo right away, but I may only be wishful thinking here!)... any OB/GYN oncologists out there? Anyway, I again thank you all so much for your prayers. They are priceless! Bless ya all!
