Some interesting facts about the baby's appointed guardian.

On February 19, 2007, Judge Larry Seidlin of the Broward County Circuit Court appointed attorney Richard C. Milstein guardian ad litem to Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, the five-month-old baby of the late Vickie Lynn Marshall, a.k.a. Anna Nicole Smith. See: http://www.akerman.com/documents/res.asp?id=399

Three days later, while sobbing, the same judge, Larry Seidlin, gave the guardian he appointed, attorney Richard C. Milstein, custody of Anna Nicole's body. See: http://www.breitbart.com/news/2007/02/22/D8NF0DQ81.html

The guardian, attorney Richard C. Milstein, is a known gay activist in the Miami area. See: http://www.aegis.com/news/mh/2005/MH051011.html

Your loss.

I lived and worked in Tennessee and am now here in Florida. I know the differences....that's why I'm not going back.

Tennessee ties with Arizona for the worst deep sea fishing in the U.S. and has pitiful beaches and state income tax on dividends, no less. It's the tax thing that really bothers me. Your politicians are still trying to ram a personal income tax through and they'll never give up.

Here, a personal income tax is forbidden by the state constitution.

We get an awful lot of people coming here from Tennessee whenever they can get away for a few days and a good number of them stay, just like I did.

You really think that a gay lawyer as a legal guardian is going to make this freak show any wierder than it already is?

We have no state income tax on dividends, but our deep sea fishing is on the fritz. Don't have tsunamis though. From personal experience, I can say we still have the morality to accept a man's hand shake as his word. 'Course we rednecks will also deal with someone who breaks that bond willfully.

Yes we do have a state tax on dividends. Lots of deductions though and the average person doesn't have to pay much, if at all.

Believe me it is there! They tried to make me file once, but I had so many deductions that I just haven't bothered again. I didn't know that Tenn. had this tax either for a long time.

I remembered the name of the tax that we were talking about yesterday. The Hall tax. Might want to check it out. My guess is that your accountant knows about the tax, but maybe you don't qualify. Just a thought.

Will it ever be ordered?
I don't understand why that hasn't happened.
Stern blocked it cause he knows he isn't the father, IMO.

The paternity of the child should have been decided first, Anna Nicole should have been embalmed earlier and a funeral or burial put on hold. No stranger should have been appointed as a guardian, when she does have relative. Good sense was not used, the kooky judge ruled.
