At CPAC, Ann Coulter Calls John Edwards A "F......"
1 hour, 43 minutes ago
The Nation -- Just returned from CPAC, where I caught Ann Coulter call John Edwards a "f......" (Crooks and Liars has video). The crowd roared their approval, of course. Then Coulter endorsed Mitt Romney. Another gem from Coultergeist: Discussing black Republicans, she declared, "Our blacks are better than their blacks."
I mixed it up with Coulter during Q & A. If you didn't catch that on C-Span, video will be up in the coming days on the Nation website.
I also met concentration camp enthusiast Michelle Malkin at her book signing and asked her to autograph this photo. From the looks of what she wrote on her blog and the hysterical rant she launched into the lens of our video camera, Malkin was non-plussed about the encounter:
Interlude: Two punks from The Nation with a camera stopped by my book signing to ambush me about In Defense of Internment. Have they bothered to read the book? No. I look forward to their butchering of my comments and the predictable unhinged reaction.
Sorry, Michelle. We're going to go to the videotape soon and we'll see who is unhinged.

It wasn't a full endorsement of Romney from what I read. She said she leans Romney.
This is the first mainline (non-blog) reporting of the story I have seen.
and the first that says the "crowd roared"
hence the "see also"
"Our blacks are better than their blacks."
I wonder if that will make it into a GOP Campaign commercial?
It's The Nation. Might as well be the fashion reporter from Pravda.
Homosexuals have corrupted the formerly good word gay into a name for people who want and do abnormal sexual perversions.
Get a spine...it's ok to say faggot. It is not a slur.
Control the language, control the agenda.
Don't buckle to the language police.
Isaiah Washington was unavailable for comment.
Not that there's anything wrong with that!
Max Blumenthal (who wrote this for The Nation) is a colossal schmuck.
(Are we allowed to say "colossal" here?)
First of all, we won that war. I know winning wars is uncomfortable to the NationCrowd, but I'm kinda glad we did. I wish we'd win this one too.
Second of all, these days "concentration camp" usually evokes the memory of something favored by Hitler. Some members of my family got to visit some of these Hitler run camps. Maybe Blumenthal thinks that the reason they never left was because they liked them so much? I wonder how many people Blumenthal thinks were gassed in the institutions he refers to here as "concentration camps."
Finally nonplussed is a word. I could find neither non-plussed nor plussed in my Oxford English Dictionary (2nd edition). Schmuck Blumenthal should get a copy. It's sort of useful for someone who considers himself a writer.

Oh, we need Ann Colter as VP!

Yahoo has opinions from The Nation ("put out no flags after 9/11") on their website? They now have zero credibilty.
As for Ann's comment, I'd imagine a similar tag would be applied to Max Blumenthal.
Sorry to the Ann Coulter fans, but that ignorant remark is one of the reasons I don't like her. She drags the image of conservatives down to immature children hurling insults on a playground.
That is the end of her, she has jumped the shark so to speak..../s
