One could argue that he is in the will, as guardian and executor. Kidnapping charges might not apply to him, however-if Dannielynn was in FL, and Howard buys a boat then beats feet to get the kid back to the Bahamas, well it looks very fishy.
No findings have been released, so where did you read that she had no drugs in her system?

I saw the posts about ANS's swollen eyes that you and others were posting, and then someone was also talking about morphine sulphate, so looked that up.
It causes swelling of the face! Well, as you posted, lots of drugs do that.
But didn't Perper say or someone said that nothing was found in her stomach? I saw this that the morphine can be given in suppositories.
No wonder HK$ didn't want people in the room when he gave her her "medicine"!

Since you haven't been following this thread for the last month, I can understand if you are getting your news from ET that you would feel that way. However, we have actually been investigating the crime here and we know more than most the media is reporting.
IIRC Mark Hatten claimed he was poisoned with morphine sulfate - woke up in an ice bath.
That may have been one of the discussions that began - suppositories vs. injections vs. pills vs. liquid by mouth.

I really do, Rte66. There was a rumor early on that she was there and HKS had her spirited out of there ASAP and was one reason he didn't go to the hospital with ANS. There is still the mystery of why Brigette was there and all but Rita Cosby ignore it, and now we know the boat was taken that Friday night to the Bahamas..... the same night all of us were asking where is HKS.
I thought it was Hope, too. But on the postings on the memorial site for Daniel there was people posting there calling her Hannah Hope Marshall.

Wow. I hadn't heard that line before. Seems as if there was friction between HKS and Daniel then. Did anyone who watched the reality show ever seen any signs of tension between HKS and Daniel? Perhaps it was a new thing....

I saw that on Greta's show.... I think he may be scared after the info came out about what he told the Seminole police and he's in hiding for now.
Did all of you notice how nervous Ron Rales was last night on Nancy Grace Show? The more she pressed him the more he stuttered and the faster he blinked. I believe body language means everything in this case. THIS is an interview I'd love to see the BOR body language expert give info on.
I heard that Millstein saw Dannielynn during the court proceedings. I'm sure the two husbands were there also. I reall think Millstein's homosexual agenda/activism led to some bias in how he handled this case. I've posted before how this can be seen as another front on the conservative values vs liberal "values" battle.
