And suppository residue would show up in autopsy. And that would look suspicious to the ME doncha think?

Yes. That's why I think he left the wrappers to make it look like an accident (that is, if it wasn't). Having it show up and finding no wrappers would have been more suspicious. Is he that smart or did his enabling, drug pushing just finally go too far?

~LOL~ Which explains why there is no record of him ever actually practicing -- other than in Texas where a judge kicked him to the back of the room for stealing confidential information off the oppositions table during the J. Howard Marshall case. The judge was so angry he wanted him disbarred and said if he was a part of the Texas Bar he would have pressed the issue more.

"He would not confirm reports that an Indian shaman has been called in to purify the hotel suite that Anna was staying in when she died."

Interesting that the topic is in the news regarding two separate events:

Maya to 'cleanse' sacred site after Bush visit http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N09208099.htm

IMO, another 'gift' from the left.

Listen up you two. We don't actually work for an enterprise - we are all either kept women or disabled or retired or we are work/lurking when we should be doing something more productive. No...not having Birkhead babies! Please remember - we are not PI's, FBIs or lab technicians. What we do here is voluntary and borderline delusional. Now GIT BACK TO WURK

How bout if we make THE FIRM's PRESIDENT? After all, you do have the Charter of THE FIRM (aka THE LIST)?

Could that incident prevent HK$ from participating as an attorney in any future Marshall case in Texas? Unless of course he is a "party" as in parent/guardian of Dannielynn?

"walking into a pharmacist's shop," a source tells the weekly entertainment magazine in the blockbuster claim. "There were bottles and bottles of pills!"

Remember the picture of her in bed with Dannielynn and all the pill bottles on her night stand?

Geraldo isn't going to let this doctor thing go... this is exactly the kind of case he goes after like a dog with a bone.

The development comes as Smith's bodyguard Maurice Brighthaupt claimed the star's boyfriend and lawyer Howard K. Stern was behaving "highly strange" in the hours leading to her death in a Florida hotel room.

Hmmm. I'd like to know what that behavior was. I would imagine guilt can catch up with you, especially after Daniel's death... Out, out, dam*ed spot, and all.

Do these TV types actually do 'boots on the ground' investigation?

How can they subpoena documents, testimony? Must be really difficult unless they pay insiders (doctor's staff - lawyer's secretaries)

There's usually only unnamed confidential sources - ala Rita Cosby - with an axe to grind.

A possibility since if you are not licenses you are there only if the judge says it's okay. His reputation would definitely preceed him.

Geraldo does. He is one of the last of his breed. His brother was down in the Bahamas last weekend and I think I heard he was in Florida this week.

voluntary and borderline delusional

You are not kidding. Feeling the need for rehab or ANS detox soon. Hope this wraps up before too long. I see us hooked until after the March 27th inquest concludes, at the very least....and, realistically, probably long after that. Uh oh.

Second the motion for SodP for President of THE FIRM! Your tagline says it all ------> Official Thread Nanny = President, right?

Geraldo does. He is one of the last of his breed.

My opinion of Geraldo has really improved lately. He has been a staunch supporter of the troops and he seems to have pegged HKS for the slimy leech that he is right from the start.

I think the plot is thickening and the noose is tightening.

I'm still pretty sure that Ford Shelley will be instrumental in getting to the bottom of this. Thanks to his quick action getting the stuff out of the house one way or another. Moe will be as well now that he's backed into a corner.

I was just looking up negligent homicide which I feel is the very least that should occur in this case, based on the evidence supplied so far. Anyone who obtains drugs, whether legal or illegal to supply a person who is addicted in order to control this person and make money off of them would be guilty. Additionally, this person knowingly and on purpose uses various names to circumvent the law would be liable. This would apply to the Dr who knowingly prescribed the drugs and to the one who gave the drugs...

Here is an example....

Bieber admits she purchased more than 63 bottles of Diphedryl from Costco in the two years leading up to Dane's death, but she denies giving Dane any medication on the day he died.

Bieber is charged with one count of negligent homicide; three counts of the criminal endangerment of an 8-month-old, 2-year-old and 4-year-old; and one count of tampering with evidence. (An investigator has accused her of trying to throw a plastic dosage cup into a sink of soapy water during an inspection of the day-care center.)

....... She faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
