I agree. As much as what we are hearing ties in with our thinking here, I don't want HKS to know they are so on to him -- at least not as long as the baby is in his custody.

Anybody remember when we were first told that the purpose of the trip was to 'purchase' the boat? Was it the first day?

I remember we wanted to know where the baby was and where Stern was, but did anybody know about the boat early on?

ALSO, I just remembered that Fox News had a mysterious report one day that Stern had returned to the Bahamas via the boat.....and I remember the anchor remarking 'if he was in such a hurry to get back to the baby, why take a slow boat back to the Bahamas?' Then I never heard another word about it.

I remember that. Very early in the original thread. I imagine when the whole story is finally revealed there is going to be little that is a suprise to us here, we will have a lot of ah-ha's that ties the threads together, though... The first weekend we were all pretty convinced they had the baby there and he was spiriting her back to Nassau.

Since the new US passport requirement for entry and exit does anyone know the requirements for docking a boat in the USA?

i.e. if you own a boat that is registered in Florida -how difficult is it to float in and out of the US and the Bahamas? Would you have to show passports? Where exactly?

I think the new passport law goes into effect next year.
Currently, no passport required to cross into or out of Mexico.

No. It went into effect this year. Originally it was supposed to be 2006 but the put it back one whole year.

Given this:

Cops went to the house of "Big Moe" Wednesday morning in Pembroke Pines, Fla., because they had questions about the security camera video at the hotel where Smith died.

Then:

Do we know whether the hotel video tapes about which they were questioning Big Moe were exclusively outdoor cameras or indoor as well? What if the cameras showed ANS drinking up a storm and this is all true:

Just before midnight on February 6th, a bouncer watched as she was carried out of the Hard Rock Live hall after a boxing match. "She was so smashed that two guys had to hold her up," the bouncer tells Star. Just hours prior to her death, witnesses watched her drink red-colored double vodkas at the Hard Rock’s 24 hour bar.

I know HKS said she never left the room. Did Big Moe confirm that to Greta? Would they be stupid enough to lie about it given all the cameras that are common in places like casinos? That seems unlikely, but who knows. I am not a regular watcher, but a few times I've seen the TV show Las Vegas, and they have cameras on ever nook and cranny of that casino. I imagine that would be common in such establishments. Are these tapes at the bar also contradicting the story that she never left the room?

I only bring it up because, if true, then an insertion of the suppository after such a drinking binge would be far more dangerous (albeit potentially fatal) and HKS most likely knows this.

Where are these ANNAlleged bouncers? Shouldn't Greta and Geraldo be tracking this story down (not to mention LE)? Or can we assume the drinking stories are untrue?

Just wondering one way or the other which way THE FIRM is leaning on this part of the story....
