Investigators from the Bahamas interviewed Harding after Daniel's death because they found his business card on Daniel's body. Harding stated that ANS death was too soon (following Daniel's) to be a coincidence. He would tear everything apart to find the truth.

It's also relevant that the police contacted him because the found the card. This to me shows that this PI isn't just trying to get on TV and make himself part of the story.
Wow. I hadn't heard that line before. Seems as if there was friction between HKS and Daniel then. Did anyone who watched the reality show ever seen any signs of tension between HKS and Daniel? Perhaps it was a new thing....
Seems like it adds to the motive to want D out of the way (together with his 21st bday coming and how that related to the will). The cup switch ---accidental or intentional?? Hmmmm......
