You guys have a good day. Don't get sidetracked with the indian baby and/or the bottle.
Stay on the trail of Howard. He has a very small time frame to account for and he is the "person in common" in both deaths. There is no one else.
Note in particular:
1. That the pictures of Daniel, Anna and baby were taken on the night before Daniel died when everyone was tired and the baby obviously have to be brought from the nursery......VERY UNUSUAL.
2. Why did Howard go out for food and/or drink. Hospitals have vending machines. He didn't exactly bring back a gourmet meal. (Hint: He needed to get something out of the car.)
3. No one has mentioned "breakfast in the hospital" on the day of Daniel's death. A hospital IS NOT a hotel and it's mandatory that you feed the patients. I was a candy striper for a few years. Everyone gets a tray between say 8 & 9. (Did Howard go to the door when he heard the cart and say "I'll take it". Was Howard awake before Anna? and never noticed Daniel?? DESPITE THE FACT that he was in bed with his mother????????)
4. Why did Howard go right for Daniel's carotid artery !!(Not normal behavior for a lay person) rather than shaking him and calling "Daniel, Daniel....Come on kid...Wake up!! Get up.
5. We need the exact time when Howard left Anna in Florida and need to know if her mouth was covered at that time. The non-heaving bosom was Brigitte's first clue. Then "she pulled the covers down and saw her open mouth". Did Howard cover Anna's dropped jaw and leave...knowing that she was dead?)
6. The Methodane prescription came a few days before Daniel got there. Why was it ordered at all. He said Anna had been off of it for 5 months so we should have a FULL, UNUSED bottle.
Anna's email to Howard's sister appears phoney..."My due date is in two weeks but don't tell Howard's mom and dad". What's the big deal?? When we speak of due dates, we normally do that early on in a pregnancy. HOWARD wrote that email and likely there's an earlier email from Howard saying: We're going to have a little thing for the baby as soon as Anna and the baby are home. Will let you know. (Jewish family gathering). A more likely email from Anna would be: C-section is scheduled for .......(We noted that her last appt with her OB was on the 26th (a Saturday) but do we know that in fact. The methodane prescription was SUPPOSEDLY written on the 25th. (Was it back dated??) But it must have arrrived after he knew the date for the C-section.
There are way toooooo many things that say "pre-meditated" and few that can discount it.
Lady Justice is reeling right down.

Nevertheless, I agree with that excuse to leave giving him options
