I think what happened was she gained the weight during the pregnancy and didn't lose it in time for the reality show. And that's why everyone was wondering why she was suddenly so big.
I was wondering why she allowed herself to get so overweight. All I saw were clips of her show, I never watched it. Reminded me of a train wreck in slooooow motion :(
