NASSAU, Bahamas — Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby girl, a judge ruled on Tuesday.

"I hate to be the one to tell you this but I told you so," a jubilant Birkhead said Tuesday after a closed-door hearing. "My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon. I'm the father."

If the kid was with and one of millions of other (non-rich) women, this guy would probably be miserable and claiming there must be some mistake.

Particularly if this kid is considered a Bahamian citizen (does anybody know if she is?) it seems possible that he won’t be given custody of the child.One can imagine how Bahamian law might take facts other than genetics into consideration.

Boy...are you an optimist! When all the dust has settled,this kid (if I'm not mistaken) will be worth somewhere between 50 and 500 million dollars.
