Yep. I actually hope that Larry walks away from all of this and creates a decent life for himself and this child. This would be a great moment to break the cycle.

That said, the financial temptations are going to be enormous. I hope I can continue to have some respect for the guy.

I guess he stuck me a little differently... I was surprised at how articulate he was during the trial and during a couple of pressers he was on.

I am probably projecting a little bit, since he reminds me of a couple people I know. He is fairly articulate, so I didn’t mean to imply he was completely stupid or anything.

He just has a slightly bewildered look to him...and I distrust his taste in women. LOL.

Good! At least that pig Stern didn’t get his filthy hands on that baby. He enabled by not seeking intervention, Anna Nicole and her son to use misuse drugs. He didn’t care about her, her son or that baby. All he cared about was what money she had. To Howard Stern : “Get a job freak.”
He was too gross for words and the baby is better off with her REAL daddy. Even the real daddy is better than Stern or that old man that tried to cash in on her.

this means the Anna Nicole Smith story is finally over!

Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Gristle von Ugly can keep this going for years.

All the way through babyhood, through the terrible twos, through kindergarten (pre-school?), through elementary, middle and high school. Through puberty; through the teens, through boy friends or girl friends as the case may be.

Through.................oh, you get the idea. This will NEVER go away.

Yep...look up the definition of, "What the hell was he thinking?!?" ... and you would likely find a photo of Larry and Anna Nicole.

FYI,folks...regarding the money that the child may or may not wind up receiving from the dead billionaire's estate...I just saw an ABC News report, from Nassau, regarding today's news on the paternity front.

The reporter (Eric Horng),in wrapping up his report, mentioned that it's unclear as to where the girl will wind up living...in Texas (with her maternal grandmother) or in California (with her father)....but he said that "wherever she ends up hundreds of millions of dollars could eventually follow".

So it would appear that the estate matter is still very much up in the air.

“The will does not mention anyone but Daniel, and he’s unfortunately very dead. In fact, it specifically excluded any unborn children in ANS’s future...which seems a strange thing to put into a will.”

I thought it strange too until someone explained it to me. If you are rich and famous sometimes after you die “children” come out of the woodwork claiming that you were their real parent. This probably was to protect any large sum of money she had from these types of claims.

The baby should have been added to the will right after she was born but with Daniel’s death and Anna so drugged up I’m sure Stern was hoping that little chore would be forgotten.

I'm somewhat familiar with this type of clause given that my lawyer advised me to include it in my will even though I know it couldn't apply to me (I've never been "naughty" like that). But it's a clause that would only really apply to men because children of a woman very rarely "come out of the woodwork" when she dies,as can happen with some men.

I'd be willing to bet that a Probate Court would be inclined to rule that clause,as contained in her will,to be invalid given the circumstances.ANS's mother,a "presumed heir' under the laws of most states, could fight for the money (I don't know if ANS has any siblings or if her father is alive) and if she does who knows how a court might rule? My money would be in favor of the baby.

Love that graphic! Funniest comment I’ve heard on this was from the “What Would Tyler Durden Do?” blog, when a CSI team had been sent to examine Anna Nicole’s house in Nassau. They said that when the CSIs turn on that light that makes semen stains glow, you’ll be able to see her bedroom from space.

The compliments belong to Registered, not me, but I'll pass them along.

“I think this is the best result. Thank goodness that slimeball Stern isn’t the father. It’s one thing to think you might be the father, but to me it seemed obvious Stern *knew* he wasn’t the father and therefore just tried to carry out a fraud and scam.”

Of course he did!

That’s why they moved to the Bahamas.

BTW, he CAN’T leave the Bahamas. He’s not staying there to keep Anna and Daniel company so “they’re not alone”. They’re looking closely at Daniels death and they have allot of questions for Howard dearest. Odd how all these people die around HOWARD from drug over doses with prescriptions in HOWARD'S name ... .

We make judgments about scores of things every day; we couldn't survive without doing so. Perfection in one’s life is not a prerequisite for rendering an opinion about someone else’s.

Okee-dokee then...kinda a spin on "do as I say, not as I do" concept, huh?
