As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The House of Representatives yesterday voted for legislation that would require anyone who makes more than $5 million per year to pay taxes earlier than April 15.
Why is this? There is a need to pay for a $2.5 million dollar exercise by the Communists to violate the following provisions of the Constitution:
1. The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States
2. and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature
3. No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen
4. Representatives ... shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers [aka one man one vote]
5. The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof
The proximate cause to which the Communists have attached the ripping up of these five sections (which includes one from their allegedly sacred 14th Amendment) deals with the granting of the District of Columbia full representation within the House of Representatives. This was accomplished by throwing Utah a sop of an additional represenative (which caused the current Utah Republican to vote "yay" for the measure).
Neither is Consitutional. The District of Columbia is not a state. This is clear from the same Constitution: "To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States..."
From this it is clear the District is not a state. The land comprising it had to be ceded to Congress as the black letter wording so indicates. The territory explicitly left states. The territory had to be accepted by Congress before it could become the seat of Government. Obviously this was done--the seat of Government was established, therefore a cession from states to the Federal Government must have occurred. Since that must have occurred, the District is, ipso facto, NOT a state.
If it is not a state, then it is clearly not entitled to the prerogatives of the several states, it is not entitled to a Representative, not for the least of which that there are not qualified (from a Constitutional point of view, though it could be argued this is also true in other regards...) electors insofar the there is clearly no state legislature. Even the city acknowledges this--it is called a "CITY council".
There's also the status of Eleanor Holmes Norton. She is not an inhabitant of a state, she lives in the District. So how is it now possible that she can meet the Constitutional requirement of being an inhabitant of a state?
Then the question of apportionment. This again is reserved to states, which has already been established for the District it is not. Then there's Utah--nice sop to the Republicans, and a Republican fell for it, for shame. Utah would now be DISPROPORTIONALLY represented. It cannot get another Representative, because the apportionment called for by Article I Section 2 does not support it. This again should be evident on its face, but since the Communists don't see it, they will be enlightened. If Utah deserved another Representative as a result of apportionment, they would already have that Representative.
The Act is clearly unconstitutional, and Republicans in the Senate have a duty to prevent the Communists from adding to their numbers through extra-constitutional means.
The White House staff has signalled the President will veto it if it ever makes it to his desk. Let's hope so--otherwise our federated constitutional representative republic is in jeopardy.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!!

Can anyone help me out. I heard this morning on Fox & FRiends that Cho Seung-Hui was suspended for a month when he attended Middle School because he had a hit list.
I am trying to confirm the story and only came up with this during a search.

Is it true that the complete text of Cho’s “manifesto” hasn’t been released? All those photos, the video...played again and again, but the text with all its rantings, but less intrusive and graphic than the visuals , is being held back??
What I understand is that NBC only released about 25% of the total “manifesto”.
Thanks...so they’re holding back....Very, very selective, eh? The media’s agenda: on display again!
They played some baby song "fingers and toes" that he plays for her on a toy...I sure love Bennett's show, its charm, seriousness, whimsy & camaraderie. There's a lot of laughter amid the thoughtful guests & moral seriousness
I also heard...think it was Shep Smith on Fox...say that the Federal officials were holding back some of the material looking for clues as to whether there was a 2nd participant.
I am pleased to see that NBC's ghoulish desire for ratings at any cost to those grieving the death of innocents is getting the BACK LASH that the network so richly deserves.
Off the cliff they go. Bye!
Thanks, Carolina.
Thanks for link (yesterday’s thread)..
Porta potty in a prom dress & tux.. too funny but sad to imagine.

Since the dogs and cats are taken care of for a few hours, I'm going to try to get a few winks. I'm sure it won't happen, but I will try.
