As we settle into the nightime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
The DemoncRATS apparently have decided to craft an Iraq war funding bill that doesn't include a pullout timetable.
Otherwise, this is a quick start as I have to go to our other building for a meeting.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I’ve been meaning to get that book too. Ditto on MP’s thanks for the endorsement. It will be good company on an upcoming road trip.
dittomom, hi there, and safe travels my friend!
I was thinking about you the other day, when I got into a conversation with a woman about how lovely Oxford, OH is this time of year. LOL!
I’m embarrassed to say i don’t get it
Oh! Well, the sticker wasn’t on a bumper, it was on the painted part of the car, and it wasn’t straight, but crooked.
Hi dittomom, golly I haven’t seen you in a long, long time.
What is up with Fox, Geraldo on the tube all the time now, he sure has something on someone there.
Argh...I thought the bumper sticker was “Slapped cockeyed on a fender”
Reagan, for such a stupid man, was an incredibly gifted writer;^))
I'm so tired, my legs feel limp noodles!
Rest those legs, Molly.
checking in.
I’ve struggled with the M.D. speech all afternoon. To no avail. They told me I can’t make it political.
How do I say “Three of my uncles were drafted by a Democrat president to fight a war against Germany when Germany didn’t attack us?” And that my Republican Grandmother didn’t protest in the streets, but instead supported the war effort, eventho she didn’t trust Democrats to cut the pies at a church social?
How do I say “My cousin was drafted by a Democrat President to fight in Viet Nam. But Viet Nam didn’t attack us?” And that his parents didn’t march in the streets carrying AntiWar posters eventho they didn’t vote for Lyndon Johnson OR Jack Kennedy.
How do I say my nephew VOLUNTEERED to assist a Republican President in his war against terror. And that his Parents are as strongly Republican as they were 10 years ago.
How do I say the things I want to say without getting political?
My problem is, I have things I want to say, but PD prevents me from saying them.
end of whine
PC prevents me from saying them
Making a statement, she was, she was!
The one I saw was crooked on the bumper!
Allude to the Dem party by calling by it’s original name...
I see your dilemma.
Are there any dems in the family or friends who did the same? If so, why not mention them as well?
I think I’m just going to have to scrap my original concept and go with something less personal and ‘mostly canned’.
Why not say those things? The Dems are constantly Bush bashing and war bashing.......
Why not?
Ma'am you are retiring right?
So you give the speech you want...and isn't like you have to run again..huh?
Give it to them..no PC sugar coating.
