LYNWOOD, Calif. (AP) - Many women at the Los Angeles County jail where Paris Hilton is expected to arrive any day are already angry at the socialite, a former inmate said.

Susannah Johnson, who was released Saturday after a one-day stay at the jail, said inmates were angry at Hilton, believing officials were making room for the starlet at the expense of other inmates already coping with crowded conditions in the 2,200-bed jail.

"The only advice I could give her when she comes is to shut her mouth and do the time," said Johnson, 35, of Claremont.

Hilton has been ordered to turn herself in by Tuesday to begin her sentence for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case.

There was a bizzare story that happened in Massachusetts some time ago. An otherwise law abiding citizen got a 30-day jail sentence for something comparatively trivial, I forget what the initial infraction was. But during this 30-day stay, he got into a fight and ended up killing the inmate. He was brought up on charges and sentenced to something like 15 years additional time. Then he got in trouble AGAIN and ended up adding even more years to his sentence.

SO best bet is to keep your mouth shut, do your time and get the hell out.

Dear Governor Schwarzenegger,

We hereby request that Paris Hilton is jailed for life without chance of parole for her crimes of driving while drunk, breaking the terms of her probation and also for the equally unforgivable crime against humanity which was her acting in House of Wax.

Furthermore, by encouraging a petition aimed at getting her pardoned for her obvious stupidity we believe that her prison term should be served in Guantanamo Bay, as putting her in a shapeless orange jumpsuit with a black bag over her head would be a welcome relief for most right-thinking people.

We also request that those people who have signed the petition asking for her to be pardoned should be given immediate psychiatric help as they are clearly not well.

Depends. If you were out on bail, you should come prepared to go to jail. People with good lawyers can usually arrange for time to get their affairs in order. If you had a public defender and are found guilty, you are usually taken into custody (if you weren't already) and taken directly to jail.
