They did a good thing. I hope they get the kitten to a vet and then get it to someone that wants it. I know they mean well, but they probably shouldn’t be feeding the little guy so much—his stomach is probably the size of a thimble (if that) and if it’s been starved they shouldn’t overdo it.

You instinctively want to feed something that looks starved. I don’t see anything so unusual with the picture. Last year I spotted an emaciated young cat along a fence. It was way too wild to catch. I was carrying groceries and had cat food. I emptied two cans of cat food on the edge of the bank parking lot and essentially said chow down and left hoping it would come out and eat. I also left both cans filled with water beside the food. I don’t think that is so strange. What is strange is doubting why someone would try to feed it.

I fear that after I got them tied down to the tracks good I’d remember that I have to go home and wash my hair.

Ahgahd, I’m enough of a geek to get that joke!

I hope they get a judge 100 times nastier than the one Paris Hilton got.

Hey, that’s four more than I have! :-) 3.5, really, since one is a stray and hangs around. But he has a name.

If I said aloud what I’d do to those people, you’d wonder about MY sanity. I love cats. I tolerate people.

They are all just a delight. But we did have to build an outdoor kitty playhouse so they'd be able to enjoy the sun and fresh air and be safe. They love it! Access it thru a tunnel in the screening of the patio. It's a great little device for households with many many furry little bundles running about ... which is us.

The ones who tied that poor kitten to the tracks are low life scum.

Same here.

I love cats. I tolerate people. Makes perfect sense to me. I don't have any at the moment, but I know all of the neighborhood cats by name. I just took a stroll down the street- they come out for some kitty affection (unless it's too much of a strain to get up from a nap in the sunshine).

nothing mental about them. Just mean. maybe someone will tie them to a railroad track to see how they would like it. They are evil people...nothing short of evil.

There is a real need for instant justice in this world, before the liberals step in and screw everything up. I’m sure they would find some relativistic excuse for these scum.
