Police are looking into the discovery of an abandoned newborn baby in a wicker basket in their investigation into the disappearance of 9-months-pregnant Ohio mom Jessie Davis.
Canton, Ohio, police patrolman Bobby Cutts Jr. has two children with his wife and another child with Nikki Giavasis, who now lives in California. He is also the father of Davis' toddler son Blake, as well as her unborn baby girl. Davis disappeared last week.
Cutts is a witness in a federal lawsuit that could go to trial this year surrounding discrimination claims within the Canton Police Department against black officers.

This is morally reprehensible. A police officer upholding the public trust and he’s nothing but a gigolo, he and this missing woman having an affair then she has not one child but another one on the way by him. Disgusting.....

According to the California woman who has custody of their 9 year old daughter, she stayed with him only a few months - after he told her he had stalked her when she was in school. He became a police officer later - according to her “he realized that it would be a beneficial occupation’.
Her interview with Fox was mind-boggling.

I just went to the page and the picture there matches the picture on the fox news page. So yeah, it looks like it’s the same one.
Yes - she was calling into the Fox news desk by phone - but that is the photo of her that was shown in background.
I suppose she is using this 15 minutes of fame for publicity since she is a model/actress....but she surely didn’t pull any punches in tearing Cutts’ character down.

It sure sounds like he should be a suspect.

Well, so far on NG it is not clear that the baby is (Chloe)Jessie Davis’ newborn. Bobby Cutts has an alibi for the period that the baby was being abandoned at the house of a retired nurse. The nurse estimated that the found baby is about 12 hours old.
Baby was dressed in new clothes, diapered and had formula prepared.
If the baby is Chloe, then this does not appear to be one of those maniacal “womb” abductions - where the baby is kidnapped and the mother left to die.
What a mystery!
