Your wife lets you go outside????
WOW!!! :^p
Serve it cold and keep it cold in an ice chest. Temperatures below 40 or above 140 are safe storage ranges. Anything in between is the danger zone for bacterial growth.
Hope you have a super Independence Day.
Sausage, bison / pork!
“Now......some people will go way off the deep end and grill without drinking beer.”
You won’t believe this...
I have heard that some people play golf without drinking beer...I know, sounds like tin-foil hat kinda stuff...but that’s what I heard.
“Nah. The dumbest guy on the jobsite will be the BA’s son/nephew/cousin...”
LOL. Seems like someone has some experience with unions.
Quite enough, in fact. And it didn't really take all that long.
Thank you for the ping. Here’s a recipe I found on americanprofile.com and it’s not exactly *for* the grill, but still sounds good:
Jell-O Salad with Blueberries
Ingredients
1 (6-ounce) box black cherry Jell-O
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 (16-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup sugar
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
[1 cup chopped toasted pecans - optional]
Instructions
1. Prepare Jell-O according to package instructions; refrigerate until partially set, about 1½ hours. Add blueberries and pineapple; stir well. Pour into a 13-by-9-inch glass dish. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight to set.
2. Combine sugar, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix to spreading consistency. Spread over set Jell-O; [sprinkle toasted pecans on top - optional.] Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 10 to 12.

At 117 if I go outside and sit on the sidewalk, I'll BE grilling my meat. You take 3 steps and the sweat is pouring down your face. Awful outside. They're saying that there's power outages in spots. Boy I wouldn't want to be without the a/c today! Poor people. sheeeeeeesh.
