On July 18 the legendary band Metallica gave a concert at Luzhniki sports complex in Moscow. More than 3000 police workers kept the peace; the concert went fine except for 160 drunken persons were apprehended.

Wow, you must have to be really drunk to get arrested in Moscow for being drunk.
The West needs to start treating Russia as a potentially constructive partner.
Russia seems like a great place to dump our $hittiest “music”.
No vodka shortage, the police just apprehended those who were really drunk or who were trying to drink alcohol at the concert.
Before the wall came down they were part of a huge Rock Against Alcohol concert where, if I am not mistaken, there were more than that many rapes.
