Of all the truly urk-inducing phrases in this story, the one that pegs my eeeeew-meter is "... uses for octopus, ranging from delicacy to porno movie prop..."

Ben & Jerry’s has a Black and Tan ice cream, made with Stout, and its’ actually pretty good. I know they’re pinkos, but they make awfully good ice cream.

When I lived in the Bahamas, the locals would put Guiness in their vanilla milshakes, along with an egg...pretty tasty actually.

Watch any episode of the original Japanese version of Iron Chef and you will most likely see one of the two chefs make ice cream out of the theme ingredient, no matter what it is!

Sauerkraut Sherbet? I dunno about sherbet, but sauerkraut chocolate cake is WoNdErFuL!!! The sauerkraut gives it a chewy coconut texture but there's really no brined taste.

Of course octopus and their squid cousins are also used in cheesy B movies and outdated Hanna-Barbera cartoons as well...

And then at Ohio State University, people have developed odd and unmarketable flavors such as:
98. Sauerkraut Sherbet. I wonder if they got a grant to develop that?

Green tea ice cream is good.
Flower ice cream is pretty good too.
The rest of this just sounds gross.

12. Eel Ice Cream. Eel is a summer delicacy in Japan, which probably explains why Futaba decided to use it to flavor an ice cream. Surprisingly, the smooth taste is quite palatable, even if the thought of whats being eaten is not quite as palatable.Unagi or eel sushi is delicious. I eat a piece with my weekly sushi lunch.

L0L GMTA!
I printed this article out at work today and had great fun asking people...”wouldn’t a bit if ice cream be perfect on a summer day like this?”
Then I’d hand them the article and watch their faces fall LoL
I gave the article to my viet friend, he had a bit of a different reaction...”Oh..this one good...that one very nice..” L0L
Theres a few on the list that I would try.
I should prolly try to market “peanutbutter and dill pickle ice cream
Mmmmmm.... ;0)
