Only 50% of Yankees fans are die hards. The rest are ditzy broads and yuppie transplants who will dump the team once they move back to whatever hellhole they came from before they invaded Manhattan.

That describes Met fans better. Fair weather fans six ways to Sunday. Bridge & tunnel crew, bigtime. They tend to like Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel, too. Poor things.

Well count me in the die hard side. I have been a fan since the fourth grade, World Series, 1964. I went through a lot of lean years until George Steinbrenner bought them and made them winners again! And just to irritate the Steinbrenner haters out there, God Bless George Steinbrenner!!:)
